About the Event
Mental Health has been a topic that most people don't want to talk about, especially amongst men. The "phrase man" being thrown around without any regard to the philosophy behind the statement. Often times we dont realize how much pressure is put onto men at times. Often times, men feel this sort of topic shouldn't be discussed, and often times they feel they have no one to talk to about it. This event was designed to create a safe space where you can be surrounded by good people who want nothing but the best for you. A safe space where you can have fun and be yourself. A safe space where you might feel inclined to share childhood stories or present day stories. When you're around good and genuine people you never know where the conversation might go. The ultimate goal is to promote normalizing men’s mental health and we will be offering self-care practice tips.
